Significant rot damage to the office structure was repaired with new framing, vapour barrier, siding, trim, and exterior finishes. The exterior was modernized with a clean black trim colour, while the upper deck was rebuilt with low-maintenance vinyl decking, aluminum railings, and a protective awning for improved durability and year-round use.

Inside, the office was refreshed with new flooring, trim, paint, and finish carpentry, creating a bright and comfortable workspace. Outside, aging fencing was replaced with new pressure-treated posts and stained fence panels, while a custom privacy wall with integrated lighting created separation between the main home and backyard suite without compromising the overall design.
