The layout was carefully planned to balance everyday living with wellness and flexibility. An existing bedroom was converted into a private massage room, while the main living area became an open-concept space featuring a sitting area, dining area, and compact Ikea kitchenette. A custom partition wall created a private sleeping area while maintaining the open feel of a dedicated meditation and movement studio.


To maximize value, existing furniture, artwork, and décor were thoughtfully incorporated throughout the suite. New hardwood flooring, refreshed bathroom finishes, updated trim and paint, custom storage, and a distinctive decorative ceiling feature completed the transformation. Warm wood tones, natural textures, and soft neutral finishes brought the homeowner’s vision to life.
