Hi, I’m Chris, owner of Three M Renovations.

I started this company with a simple belief: every homeowner deserves a renovation experience that feels honest, organized, and genuinely enjoyable.

My journey in construction began long before I started the business. Growing up around tools and learning from the trafespeople in my family gave me a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship and doing things the right way. Over the years, I’ve worked on everything from small repairs to complete home renovations, and one thing became clear, homeowners want more than just a contractor. They want someone they can trust in their home, someone who communicates openly, respects their space, and stands behind their work.

As a husband and father of three daughters, I understand how important a home is to everyday family life. A well-designed kitchen brings people together, a functional bathroom makes busy mornings easier, and thoughtful renovations can completely change the way a family lives. My favourite part of every project is seeing a homeowner walk into their finished space and say, “This is exactly what we pictured.”
